In order to download the software, you will need to provide your tablet's 12-digit product ID and accept the end-user software agreement. If you agree, you have 1 hours of time to download the software after which the acceptance must be renewed.
The product ID is printed on the tablet's packaging and on the label underneath the tablet's battery, and displayed in the Control Panel (field WLAN MAC address in Control Panel > Device > About Product). To find the identification number printed on your device, do the following:
The identification number is printed on the label underneath the battery. The identification number is given separately for WLAN and Bluetooth connections, and it consist of 12 characters.
